This Disclaimer applies to beinfer.com and to the content, services and features of every product offered under the Beinfer name by Visatech S.R.L ("Beinfer", the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using any of them, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. AI-generated content
Images, videos, text, audio and other material produced by our AI features are generated by machine-learning models on the basis of your inputs and of patterns learned during training. Such outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, inappropriate or unsuitable for a given purpose, and may resemble outputs produced for other users. Review and verify every output before relying on or publishing it.
2. AI chat, model comparison and deep research
Answers produced by AI chat, model-comparison and deep-research features are informational. They can contain factual errors, fabricated references and outdated information, and different models may give contradictory answers to the same prompt. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice and must not be relied on as such. Where an output cites a source, check the source. You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of any output.
3. Language learning
AI language-learning features support practice, correction and feedback. They do not replace instruction by a qualified teacher, do not guarantee any level of proficiency, and do not confer any recognised certificate or qualification. Corrections and explanations generated by AI may occasionally be wrong.
4. Yoga and wellbeing tutorials
Yoga and wellbeing videos are provided for general information and personal practice only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a medical condition. Practise within your own limits and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort. You assume all risk arising from your participation.
5. Beauty tutorials
Beauty, skincare and hair tutorials describe general techniques and are not dermatological or medical advice. Results vary by individual. Always read and follow the instructions of any product you use, perform a patch test before applying a new product to your skin or hair, and consult a professional if you have sensitive skin, allergies or a skin condition. Where a tutorial mentions third-party products, we are not responsible for those products or their effects.
6. Mobile games
Our games are provided for entertainment. In-game purchases, where offered, are optional and are described with their price before you confirm them. Virtual currency and items have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money. Some games may include optional advertisements or links to other products; we do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Intended use of the Services
Our AI features are intended for creative, educational, informational and entertainment purposes. They must not be used to create content that is harmful, deceptive, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of any person, including deceptive depictions of real people without their consent. Our models include safeguards designed to reduce inappropriate output; because of the nature of AI, such output may still occur, and we ask you to report it to support@beinfer.com so that we can review it.
8. Third-party content and links
The Services may display or link to content, models, websites and applications operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, legality or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visatech S.R.L accepts no liability for any loss, damage or consequence arising from the use or misuse of the Services or of any content they produce or display. You assume full responsibility for actions taken on the basis of that content. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits rights that consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be excluded by contract; see the Terms and Conditions.
